 Mr. M B Narayanan is a Chartered Accountant & has worked in various Senior Management posts in India & Abroad with Panalpina, Lee & Muirhead Ltd & Bertling Logistics. He was last appointed as Chief Financial Officer with Bertling Logistics India Pvt Ltd. He was also on the Board of Directors with Bertling Logistics, one of the world’s largest Freight Forwarders & Ship owners & also on the Board of Globe Forwarding Agencies Pvt Ltd, one of the leading Custom House Agent in India. He left the Industry to set him his own Practice in January 2017 & joined as a Partner with GSC LLP. He is also a Social Worker & is the Secretary of Vedant Ayyappan Trust, a trust formed to help economically weaker sections of the Society.

 Prasanna Sudke has more than 10 years of post-qualification experience in the field of indirect taxation. He has also done implementation of VAT and Service tax credit mechanisms for several companies. He Has been involved in advising various clients in indirect tax matters in various diverse fields like leasing companies, e-commerce industry, real estate industry and the likes. He has structured business models for numerous clients from indirect tax perspective, more so from VAT perspective. His forte is multi-state vat. He has Drafted several opinions on varied aspects of VAT laws, Central Sales Tax, Works Contract Tax, Service Tax

FCA, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, LLB
Specialization: GST, Service tax, Central excise, Custom Duty, VAT, Legal Metrology Act and RERA.
